What do you when there is something that brings you great joy, but also has moments where it brings you a lot of misery? What do you when you have doubts about it? When you’re skeptical?
I’m not sure whether it’s healthy, and looking back I’m wondering whether it was one of the triggers that made my anxiety worse.
Why keep up this habit if you’re constantly having doubts? If what’s seen on the surface doesn’t seem to comply with the deeper matters?
